Getting Started with BigDataCloud's Premium APIs

To access BigDataCloud's premium API services, simply create an account and obtain your API key.

How to Create an Account:

1. Click the "Sign Up" button at the top-right corner of our website.
2. Follow the quick and simple registration process.
3. Welcome to the BigDataCloud family! No credit card or sensitive information is required to join.

Key Account Information:

Your Email Address: The Unique Account Identifier

Your email address serves as a permanent, unique identifier within the BigDataCloud system. Once set during registration, it cannot be changed. While we understand this may be limiting, we’re actively working on a migration tool to address this in the future. For now, if you need to update your email, you will need to cancel your current account and register a new one.

At this time, adding secondary email addresses to an account is also unavailable, though we plan to introduce this feature soon.

Choosing the Right Email Address:

When registering, be mindful of the email address you use. Disposable email addresses are not accepted. We strongly recommend using a corporate email address for the best experience and seamless communication.

API Key Activation:

Once issued, your API key may take a short time to activate across all servers due to the propagation process. For more details, check out our guide on What is API Key Propagation?.
